The annual St. Neots in Bloom is upon us, making the town colourful and full of life.
Aboutmyarea.com explains what it’s all about:
The entry deadline for St Neots in Bloom’s 2014 Best Front Garden competition is fast approaching! Entries are welcomed for front gardens in the Town Council’s electoral wards of St Neots and the deadline is Monday 14th July 2014. St Neots in Bloom’s judges, Christine Elmes, Barbara Braybrook and David Usher, will visit the gardens over 23rd/24th July, looking for well cared for plants, tidy hard landscaping and a little bit of the ‘Wow’ factor. The top three gardens will win garden vouchers, sponsored by T. L. Cobbold, with first prize being £50.
Alison Pearson, St Neots in Bloom’s Chairperson said,
“We have had a huge variety of entries in the past, including a green oasis of shrubs and perennials and a garden with exotic and colourful plants from around the world. Our judges love looking at them all, so we urge the talented gardeners of St Neots to get their entries in soon.”
